Frame (clapboards); 2 stories; hip roof with central gable; 3 bays; 1-story porch across front has scalloped bargeboard, Vernacular, Ca. 1875, Entrance in central bay. Carved scrollwork over 2nd story windows. 4/4 lights, Exterior endwall chimney. (This house faces south toward Lushbaugh Street, but has large rear addition facing Fayette Street, )
