brick (Flemish bond); 2 stories; gable roof; 5 bays on first story, 4 bays on second story. Colonial Revival. Ca. 1940. Plain entablature. Flat arches with keystone over first-floor openings. Entrance in central bay. 6/6 lights. 2 endwall chimneys. Structure does not contribute to historic character of district.
