Brick with limestone foundation; 4, 1 story with 2 basements; hip roof; 9 bays; no porch, Romanesque Revival characteristics. Entrance in central bay recessed into large round-arched opening. Round-headed openings with decorative brickwork, 1/1 lights. Tall, corbelled endwall chimneys. Designed by architect T. J. Collins for the Dunsmore Business College. Now used as the Valley Rescue Mission.
