No longer standing. Scan (page 50, printed 48, 'MADISON STREET (continued), East side: (continued)') reads 'Lot N/6 (map 375): Vacant. Parking lot. (Formerly #11 N)' between 5 S and 123 N. The nomination itself says the lot is a vacant parking lot and the building was formerly #11 N, so nothing stands there; this explains the missing address point. Lot label matches.
