(Marshall-Dabney-Cubbage House); frame (asbestos siding); 2 1/2 story; 5 bay; hipped roof with standing seam metal; 1 story 3 bay west porch; 2 stories turret in east bay; central bay entrance; two-over-two double hung windows; 2 west interior end chimneys and one central chimney. 1892. Victorian vernacular. (see attached survey).
