From the National Register nomination

(Marshall-Edwards House); brick (6 course American bond); 2 1/2 story; high pitched slate hipped roof with intersecting gables and one dormer; 2 bay L-shaped 1 story one bay porch; two-over-two double hung windows, paired one-over-one in east bay; 3 interior chimneys. Ca 1894. Victorian Vernacular. (see attached survey)
