(T. W. Bailey House); brick (stretcher bond); 2 story; metal standing seam, (double hip) roof with intersecting gable; 3 bay; one story 2 bay Tuscan L-shaped porch; all openings have segmental arches; one-over-one windows; 4 interior chimneys. 1907. Vernacular. (see attached survey)
