Detached dwelling. Victorian Vernacular. Ca. 1900. Frame with weatherboarding; 2 stories; intersecting hipped and gable roofs; asymmetrical 3-bay front; wraparound front veranda with Roman Doric posts. One of the earliest houses in the District, this large, unaltered dwelling combines elements of the Colonial Revival and various late 19th-century eclectic styles.
