Detached dwelling; rooming house. Vernacular/Colonial Revival. Built 1917. Brick (stretcher bond); 2 stories at front, 3 at rear; hipped roof; 2-bay front; full-length front veranda with Roman Doric posts. This unaltered brick house is the last owner-occupied student rooming house in the neighborhood--and perhaps in the entire District.
