stucco; 2 stories; hip roof with large central, 2-part pedimented dormer; 2 bays; single-story full front porch supported by Tuscan columns. Vernacular. Ca. 1925. Entrance in east bay with sidelights. 1/1 lights. Endwall chimney. Very similar to #239, except for dormer.
