stucco; 2 stories; hip roof with central 2-part hipped dormer; 2 bays; single-story full front porch supported by Tuscan columns. Vernacular. Ca. 1925, Entrance in east bay has sidelights. 1/1 lights. Endwail chimney. Very similar to #235, except for dormer.
