Frame (German siding); 2 stories; gable roof with gable facing front; 2 bays; i-story porch across front with simple brackets, Vernacular with Stick Style detailing. Ca. 1890. Entrance with transom in west bay. Stick elements in gable end. 2/2 lights. Very similar to #613.
