Frame (clapboards); 2 stories; hip roof; 2 bays; 1-story porch across front with 134 slit posts and sawn millwork brackets, pendants and balustrade. Vernacular, Ca. 1880, Entrance with transom in west bay. Simple bracketed cornice, 2/2 lights. Central chimney. Very similar to #619,
