Built as a detached dwelling; restaurant since mid-1970s, with rented quarters upstairs. Vernacular. Ca. 1915-20. Stucco over frame; brick basement; 2 stories at front, 3 at rear; low hipped roof; 2-bay front; 1-bay projection on S side; 1-bay front porch with square posts. This converted dwelling with shaded yard and enclosed front patio makes an attractive restaurant.
