Detached dwelling converted in 1970s to shops and offices. Vernacular. Ca. 1910-15. Frame with weatherboarding; 2 stories; gable roof; 3-bay main block; 1-bay shed-roofed S wing; no porch. This weatherboarded house has recently been converted to shops and offices without changing its residential appearance.
