From the National Register nomination
The 1922 1.5-story, wood-frame with stucco modified Saltbox house sits on a concrete block foundation under a side gabled asphalt shingle roof with bracketed eaves. The building has 3,140 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features two distinct bays with multi-paned casement windows. There is an off-center to the east front door that sits under a small arched overhang stoop. There is an east exterior end brick chimney. There is a one-story pyramidal roof wood-frame with brick veneer garage located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
