From the National Register nomination
The circa 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof with projecting dormers with wood shingle details. The building has 3,564 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights. There is a one-story, three-bay limestone piered full-front porch that has a wood projecting awning. Windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a west exterior end brick chimney. There is a wood-frame one-story garage located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
