From the National Register nomination
The 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard and wood shingles early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal slate roof. The building has 3,438 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a wraparound three-bay, wood columns on limestone piers porch that wraps to the west, and an off-center to the east front door with an intact transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. The only exception is the dormer windows as they are paired diamond paned-over-one wood windows. There is a central brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood frame shed with aluminum siding sits to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
