From the National Register nomination
The 1915 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof. The building has 2,643 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a two-story, one-bay projection with a front facing gable on the west half of the façade, an off-center to the east front door with a transom, and a wood columns on limestone piers wraparound porch that wraps to the west. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows with four-over-one windows in the front-facing gable. There is a central interior brick chimney and a rear interior brick chimney. There is a one-story garage to the north of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
