From the National Register nomination

The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco Colonial Revival sits on a stucco foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam metal roof with projecting gables with scalloped wood details. The building has 3,638 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with a one-bay gabled projection on the west half of the second floor, a wraparound three-bay, wood columned porch set on brick piers that wraps to the east, and an off-center to the west front door with an intact transom and sidelights. Windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a central brick chimney. There are two non-contributing one-story, concrete block with side-gabled roofs secondary resources to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
