From the National Register nomination
The circa 1925 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles with projecting dormers with wood shingle details. The building has 3,840 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door, a full front three-bay, brick post on limestone piers porch set on limestone piers and an east porte cochere. Windows throughout are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is an east exterior-end brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood frame brick veneer pyramidal roofed garage located to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
