The non-contributing 2004 1.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard eclectic revival style house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a predominately side-gabled asphalt shingled roof. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door and a continuous projecting dormer on the north half of the main façade. The windows are three-over-one, double-hung, vinyl. There is a brick interior chimney on the south side of the house. The house is non-contributing due to its 2004 date of construction.
