A house, 1972
BrickDoes not contribute to the district's historic character
From the National Register nomination
The non-contributing 1972 1.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a gambrel roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,002 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house has a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door that is recessed under an arched stoop overhang with sidelights, multi-paned casement vinyl casement windows. There are three projecting dormers in the half story with similar multi-paned casement windows to the first floor. There are brick quoins on the north and south corners of the house. The house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood. The house is non-contributing because of the 1972 date of construction.
