From the National Register nomination

The 1950 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified-Ranch-style dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house features a two-bay arrangement in the front-facing gabled section on the south side of the façade and a four-bay arrangement on the side-gabled section on the north side of the façade. The front door is located between the side and front-gabled sections in a small integral overhang with metal posts. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl. There is a brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
