From the National Register nomination
The 1949 1.5-story wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation under a side-gabled slate roof. The house has 3,706 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The main façade of the house features a four-bay arrangement with a centered front door and a north one-story wing. The front-door is set under a front-facing gable and is accented by a wooden archway with inset pilasters on a brick stoop. There are two projecting dormers in the half story that have six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The first floor windows are nine-over-nine, double-hung, wood-sash that are flanked by four-over-four, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are north and south exterior-end brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
