The non-contributing 1987 two-story, wood-frame eclectic style house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a complex roof that is clad with asphalt shingles. The façade is asymmetrical with wooden decking elements and single paned windows. There is an interior brick chimney in the south east corner of the house. The site features numerous plantings and shrubbery. The house sits on a typically sized lot for the neighborhood and is representative of setback standards for the neighborhood. The house is non-contributing due to its 1987 date of construction.
