From the National Register nomination
The 1949 one-story, wood-frame with weatherboard modified-Ranch-style dwelling sits on a poured concrete foundation under a hipped roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house features a two-bay arrangement with a long continuous block to the east that branches out to form a garage on the north elevation. The front door with intact sidelights is centered and set under a one-story, one-bay porch and is flanked by six-over-six, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are two brick interior chimneys. There is a one-story, wood-frame shed located to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
