From the National Register nomination
The 1930 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation with a side gabled roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The building has 2,874 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a full-frontal brick porch, a central front door with a multi-paned transom, three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a west brick exterior end chimney. There is also a concrete driveway located to the east of the house. There are no outbuildings associated with this building. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
