From the National Register nomination

The 1930 two-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation with a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,288 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a central front door hidden by a one-story, one-bay front-gabled wood-columned porch. The windows are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a two-story, one-bay projection on the west elevation that is clad with vinyl siding. There is a west interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
