From the National Register nomination
The 1930 two-story wood frame with stucco Colonial Revival sits on a poured concrete foundation with a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,232 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a central front door with an intact fanlight. The east elevation of the house has a one-story, one-bay brick based side porch with paired, square wood posts. There is a central interior brick chimney. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. There are multiple mature trees throughout the yard. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
