From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Queen Anne sits on a concrete block foundation under a complex standing-seam metal roof with bracketed eaves. The building has 4,365 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the north front door with an intact transom and sidelights and a two-story, three-bay projection on the south side of the main elevation under a front-facing gable with scalloped wood detailing with a three-window arrangement. There is a square wooden post wraparound porch that wraps to the north and south with a wooden balustrade. The windows throughout are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There is a two-story, three-bay projection on the south elevation. There is one interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
