From the National Register nomination

The 1938 two-story, wood-frame with brick veneer and wood shingle detailing Dutch Colonial Revival multiple dwelling sits on a concrete block foundation under a gambrel asphalt shingled roof. The building has 3,775 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door with intact transom and a full-front three-bay, one-story porch with wooden posts and a wooden balustrade on concrete piers. There windows are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. There are side dormers on the north elevation that have wood shingle details. There is an off center to the north brick interior chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
