From the National Register nomination

The 1930 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a non-visible foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles and featuring a dentil molding at the cornice line. The building has 2,646 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the house features a three-bay arrangement with a centered front door under a pedimented portico with square wood posts. There is also a one-story side porch located on the south elevation that provides another point of entry to the house. The roof is also accented by a center wooden steeple. There windows are six-over-one, double-hung, wood sash. There are side dormers on the north elevation that have wood shingle details. There is a south exterior-end chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame garage to the east of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
