From the National Register nomination

The 1927 two-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation with a hipped roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,364 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a central front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights that is flanked by inset pilasters under an arched wood columned portico. The windows are six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl replacements. There is a west exterior-end brick chimney. There are two one-story sheds to the south of the primary resource. There is a one-story masonry shed to the south of the house. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
