From the National Register nomination
The 1935 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer American Four Square sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing-seam, metal roof. The building has 3,568 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a two-bay arrangement with the front door offset to the east, three-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a one-story, one-bay wood porch with brick piers and a front-facing gable. There are projecting dormers on all elevations, which have original three-paned, fixed windows. There is a west exterior-end brick chimney and an interior brick chimney in the southeast corner of the house. There is a one-story front gabled garage to the south of the primary resource. The garage is accessed by the concrete driveway on the east side of the house. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
