From the National Register nomination
The 1935 two-story wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a brick foundation with a side gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,036 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a central front door under a triangular pediment portico with square wood posts and six-over-six, double-hung, vinyl windows. The façade is also accented by a dentil cornice line molding. There is a west brick exterior end chimney. There is also a paved driveway located to the east of the house. There is a small one-story garage to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
