From the National Register nomination

The 1988 two-story, wood frame with vinyl siding split level house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 3,308 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a three-bay arrangement with a central front door and six-over-six, vinyl windows. The second floor is also cantilevered over the first. There is a stone detail covering the concrete foundation that is also visible from the façade. There is a concrete driveway to the west of the house. There are no outbuildings associated with this primary resource. While the building is non-contributing the house style and materials choice are somewhat consistent with the neighborhood and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
