From the National Register nomination

The 1907 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard early 20th Century American Movement house sits on a brick foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,500 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade is dominated by the massive wood columned on brick piers wraparound porch with bracketed wood details. There is also a central two-story, one-bay projection with a front facing gable with wood shingle details. The front door is off-center to the east with an intact transom and sidelights. There are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a central interior brick chimney. There is a one-story, wood-frame weatherboard shed to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
