The 1925 1.5-story wood frame with stucco Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,040 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door with original transom and sidelights, a half-story dormer that has bracketed details, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are two interior brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
