From the National Register nomination
The 1912 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with pressed metal shingles. The house has 3,779 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade, which is difficult to see due to the mature tree in the front yard, is asymmetrical with a wood columned wraparound porch that wraps to the west. The front door is off-center to the east with an intact transom and sidelights. There are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows and a central interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
