From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard and wood shingles Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 5,124 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a three-bay arrangement with a wooden wraparound porch with paired wood columns and shingle details that wraps to the west. The façade also features paired projecting dormers, a centered front door with an intact transom and sidelights, and one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are also two small round windows with decorative glass in the center of the second floor portion of the façade. There is also an interior brick chimney on the east side of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
