From the National Register nomination
The 1905 2.5-story, wood frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival house sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 4,368 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement, a wraparound porch that wraps to the west with wood columns on limestone piers, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows set under brick arches, an off-center to the east front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights, and a two-story, three-bay projection on the west under the front facing gable that has intact scalloped wood detailing. There are two interior brick chimneys. There is a one-story brick garage with a metal roof and a one-story, wood-frame shed to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
