The 1906 2.5-story, wood-frame with weatherboard early 20th-Century American Movement house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 4,565 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade, which is difficult to see due to the mature flowering tree in the front yard, is asymmetrical with paired wood columns on limestone piers wraparound porch that wraps to the east. Another interesting feature is the use of bracketed eaves in the porch and the house. The front door is off-center to the west with intact transom and sidelights. Most of the first-floor windows have original decorative glass instead of the traditional one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows seen on the second floor. There is a three-bay projection on the western half of the façade with one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is also a two-story projection on the west elevation. There is a one-story garage located to the north of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are consistent with the neighborhood, and the house follows typical setback from the street for the neighborhood.
