From the National Register nomination

The 1910 2.5-story, wood frame with painted brick veneer modified Queen Anne house sits on a limestone foundation under a complex roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 5,928 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade of the building features a three-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door with an intact fanlight and sidelights, a two-story turret on the east with scalloped wood details on the top with a metal roof, one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows with rounded brick arches. There is a central interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
