From the National Register nomination
The 1922 1.5-story limestone Bungalow sits on a limestone foundation under a side-gable roof clad with asphalt shingles. The house has 5,019 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a four-bay arrangement with an off-center to the west front door, a limestone piered porte cochere, a hipped roof dormer with six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash paired windows, and an enclosed eastern half of the limestone piered porch with multi-paned casement windows. Another interesting feature is the bracketed eave detail that can be seen on the dormer as well as the roof. There is an east exterior end limestone chimney. There is a concrete driveway on the west of the house. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
