From the National Register nomination
The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a block foundation under a hipped, standing-seam metal roof. The house has 5,663 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade has a two-bay arrangement with a wood columned wraparound porch that sits on a concrete block base and wraps to the west. The front door is offset to the east and has a multi-paned transom and sidelights. The first and second-floor windows are six-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is a second-story three-bay projection on the east half of the façade. There are two projecting dormers on the façade with eight-over-eight, double-hung, wood-sash windows. The east elevation also has a projecting dormer with a two-story, three-bay projecting addition in the southeast corner of the house. There is also an interior brick chimney on the east side of the house. Another interesting feature is the bracketed eaves of the roof and of the porch. There is a 1.5-story, wood-frame garage to the south of the primary resource. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
