From the National Register nomination
The 1912 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped, standing-seam metal roof. The house has 3,570 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. There are projecting dormers on all elevations. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is accented by a full front wood columned porch with a wooden balustrade placed on limestone piers, a centered front door, and one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There are two interior brick chimneys. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
