From the National Register nomination

The 1954 one-story, wood-frame with brick veneer modified ranch house sits on a poured concrete foundation under a side-gabled roof clad with asphalt shingles. The building has 2,565 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The façade features a four-bay arrangement, a centered front door, three-bay porch with wooden posts, and one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl windows. There is a large brick exterior-end chimney that dominates the east gabled end. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
