The 1910 2.5-story, wood-frame with brick veneer Colonial Revival sits on a limestone foundation under a pyramidal standing seam metal roof with gables and projecting dormers that display shingle details. The house has 5,262 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. The house has an unusual arrangement for the Old Town neighborhood in that it has a distinct side porch similar to styles seen much further south. The main point of entry is on the western half of the façade under a one-story, one-bay wood-columned pedimented portico. There is a central brick interior chimney and the windows on the second floor are one-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash. The first floor windows, however, have original diamond paned glass. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
