From the National Register nomination

The 1920 2.5-story, wood-frame with stucco Prairie style house sits on a limestone foundation under a hipped, standing-seam metal roof. The house has 4,800 square feet, which is consistent with scale and massing within the neighborhood. There are projecting dormers on all elevations. The façade has a three-bay arrangement that is accented by a full front concrete post porch, a centered front door, eight-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows, and a projecting dormer with four-over-one, double-hung, wood-sash windows. There is one interior brick chimney. The house style and materials choice are representative of the neighborhood, and the house follows setback from the street typical of the neighborhood.
